The Office of Institutional Equity (OIE) has been established to build infrastructure to support a diverse and inclusive community. As such, it is responsible for upholding WashU’s commitment to the fair and equitable treatment of all employees of the university community.

Annual Harassment Prevention Training Launches March 1

Required annual harassment prevention training will be assigned March 1, in Workday and must be completed by 5 p.m. on April 12, as part of WashU’s ongoing commitment to creating a positive learning and working environment for everyone.
